...i have been so motivated lately to go to the gym. im on my 3rd week of doing cardio exercises , and so far, im still going.
it has not shown any results yet (and im not expecting anything until after the 3rd month--if i do get there), as its just a recent preoccupation, but if there are, its how i feel after working out.
i still get so tired, but i do enjoy the lightness i feel after a 45 minute cardio workout on the cross trainer and treadmill.
plus, i am not dieting and i dont have an plans to diet (food is too important to me and i know myself, i wont be able to manage a full-time job with minimizing my food intake...not yet at least). i just eat the same stuff i used to, with a little more healthy options.
hopefully, ill continue, as i feel alot energetic and light on the feet. all these are just psychological results so far, but this means so much to a diabetic like me, who's constantly dead tired, day in and day out.
but of course, a whole body photo...
and yes, that ID look,adrian keeps taking of me.

i promise mai, once i get over this three month probationary period, ill start looking into minimizing food intake...right now, im doing things from the activity point of view=) once i get over this 3 month, ill slowly reduce my food intake,hahaha.but you will be happy to know, im choosing healthier options..example, when i eat ice cream, i choose the"only 4% fat"...when i eat chocolates, i eat the sugarless diabetic chocolates..and i dont eat biscits, i have skimmed milk on my sugar..and i eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables daily=)

che, mingaw nasad ko nimo kaayo=) i miss hearing your voice..its just that, the time we spend talking, im now in the gym=) and the time im available, youre asleep=)
sagdi lang, on the second week of july, ill be home for 2 days (tuesdays and wednesdays) because, ill be off university kay summer holiday namo=) september pa ang balik!!! yipee=) more phonecalls, more photographing,more laag laags=)
