i was duped. i was told a hiking weekend.
but we did not only hike. we went on hills and mountains.
it was so difficult. i was the most unfit person there ( i prepared to the utmost of my ability but still not enough,haha).
but i did it.
and surprisingly, i enjoyed more than i could ever describe.

today, for our last hike, we were trailing the foothpath on a steep hill of Millside Dale...
i received a text from my mama that my sister in law Mayel gave birth to a 7.8 lb baby girl (i know,shes big, liwat sa mga aunties,haha).
i was ecstatic.
we celebrated with coffee by the hill..

a weekend with friends, (and new ones) make one delirious with happiness.

i am back home, after driving crazily on the motorway to beat post-holiday traffic.
still achey and tired. yet certainly high.
i am glad to be home...and im so glad, i find a home in every part of the world i choose to.
the brother who is now a dad to a 7.8 lb Mary Dominique..Jo, Adrian is lighting up a cuban cigar for you=)

thanks jane=) hahaha, kapoy kaayo kay dili man ko anad ug hike gud,labi a katkat sa bukid, shocks, hapit gyud ko nag vertigo thank goodness, it didnt reach that bad..
i sure missed you too..thank goodness, my cheap phone could do twitter and FB in its very crude way, para maka update gihapon ko,haha=)

Mai, ay sus, you know me too well..i think God made me childless just so i could spoil people and my niece..=)dili bitaw kaayo dako si mayel, but the baby is so liwat sa among side, shes quite big..i already warned jojo not to make her big like Ana and i, coz kuyaw coz predisposed raba mi to diabetes..
mai, i wished gakuyog ta, kitang mga photography fanatics (supergirls), na unta ko'y gwapa-gwapa nga photo...and the place was just a photographer's heaven=) im sure you would have loved it=)

hi che, i just spoke to jojo and he said, nagkita daw mo=)dako kaayo ang baby buyag, i hope dili siya maparehas namo ni ana na unhealthily big..
nalingaw gyud ko sa akong hiking trip but at the same time, it made me realize i wasnt ready for a fullblown hiking trip like that, even with my practise..i made the group more "hinay"and they had to wait for me go up a hill,ako intawn, hapit na makuyapan sa kahangos...
