( Ava---the tiniest guest at Karen and Daniel's wedding, and my youngest customer so far--the dad has just hired me to photograph her on her birthday---aint i lucky?)
as much as i love children and i dream of having one of my own, (someday,one day), i think i got wrong reasons (for now,lol).
today for example, i was dreaming of what birthday party i was having for my future child.
so far, ive got all the theme, the logistics worked out, down to the invited guests and even the games to be done during parties. (and to be honest, ive even gone so far as planning up to the child's 4th year,haha).
this is what happens when im left on my devices, and idleness gets my mind wandering to the far, and the preposterous, sometimes to the impossible.
oh, ive also worked out the room colour scheme too, lol.
surprise, surprise, working with children really does this to me.
and if you care to know, im soooo loving my paediatric placement...and after speaking to my placement educator yesterday, im so over the moon. (a first grade isnt bad for a halfway mark.)

i'm so like you. i got the wrong reasons for wanting children. as cbb would say: "you just want to have a daughter so you'll have a live doll." LOL! each time i go to gingersnaps, magbaby-envy dayon ko. *grin*

regarding children: wrong reasons gyud ai...im thinking of birthday parties and all the parties in the world=)were both so weird,haha

Now that the boys are big na, I miss doing parties for them.. I would just have one big party for them.. I hired clowns, dirty ice cream, cotton candy.. Etc..lingaw.. Makamingaw..
While I was taking my shower last nyt and matt was sitting on the toilet waiting for me to finish he said on my bday I want to have a party at plantation bay.. Kauboh ko! Mahal kaayo na Silag gusto.. Sa una malipay rag ballon spag and ice cream..
congrats, chel! i can't wait to see your pictures with Ava. i've read/heard/experienced (bisan di ko photographer. hahaha!) that challenging jud to kodak a child labi nag lihok na unya sugod nang bakukang sa ulo. hehe. but i know you love babies. bisan unsa pa na sila. i just know you're not the type na mamili. hahaha!that's a good start. =)

Mai, i can imagine the parties youve done for your boys=) i bet you want to go back to that time..

hahaha, mao gyud jane, dili raba gyud ko experienced photographer=) i wonder kanus-a mi mag picture ani coz as far as i know, she's having a small party at her grandparent's house (and they want me to photograph her before the party), and thats in Oxford...aguy kalayo...:-(
regarding mamili ug bata, di gyud ko mamili...i love children, but mas love nako ang mga naay personality nga mga bata=)
i hope, i hope naay personality ni akong mga anak aron ma love nimo sila picturan =)
hahahaha, of course, naa gyud sila'y personality=) although observant kaayo and quiet si marti, shes starting to come out of her shell, and it shows in her eyes unsa siya'g persnality=)
and zach, by golly, that kid is oozing with personality=) he's so warm and so friendly, so full of character=)mamugos gyud ko nga mamicture ko nila=)haha=)
