i wish i could call you.
its an emergency.
i forgot how to cook mama's sizzling squid. and i heard you mastered it already.
its been a very long time since i last cooked it.
today i went to the fishmonger to buy fish for dinner, i saw the freshest juiciest squid.
i knew i had to have it.
i bought a third of a kilo.
then i realized, i vaguely remember how to do it.
i wish i could call you.
not only for the recipe.
but thats a good start.

i remembered most of the steps except how to get the "ata" from the squid..i experimented on one squid, dissected it, and finally got there in the end=)

hahaha, hi jane, maayo mana muluto si ana jane=) all of us, including my brothers know how to cook=) my mom made sure we do,haha=)dapa lang sad,lay juiceko, the way we eat, lisod kaayo if resto pirmi=)

hi mai=) kaon diay ka squid? lami sad ni siya i-kalamares..=)
i made the one with the black sauce..i dont know how to make it adobo style like my mama=)
and i just used sizzling hot plates to make it look authentic,hahaha=)
