getting some inspiration

apart from people i know (and some personal heroes), i get my inspiration from my day to day activities.

adrian and i went to the garden centre today. it was supposed to be yesterday but as we decided to do a mini barbeque by ourselves (i am constantly craving for barbequed pork), we decided to postpone it for today since we expected it to be a rainy day.

after finding the herb we wanted to get, adrian left me at my favourite section of the centre (as he loves to call it, "the arty part"), whilst he went hunting around for more plants.

hahahah.. adrian looks like - unsa ning tanuma?

There are just so many wonderful places to go there chel.
I was so tempted to enroll in a study course offered by one school in UK. The program was half school half work. The thing is it will take me two years to get the kids (student visa first) and the program is so expensive.

I wasn't imagining myself schooling. I imagined the places I can go and snap away. Sayop na rason para molarga.

hahaha, gitan-aw niya ang price mai=)

mao gyud mai, your reason for coming here to study is nice, but not good enough to justify the expense and being away for that long from the kids=)
hahaha, mai, ,there's alot of photographing opportunities here, just like some other places=) but saying that, wherever we are, theres pros and cons about phototaking=) here, you can't take just any photos of strangers. unlike there that you can just take photos of people from the street=) photography clubs here have had history of being kicked out from certain areas for taking photos of buildings or just street scene..you can imagine the paranoia. museums dont allow you to take cameras. taking photos on the park is sooo sensitive...even friends here dont want to be photographed..

there in the phils, the moment you whip out your camera, people will run in the middle of the frame, just so they could get in the middle of the photo, lol=) the cultural attitude makes such an impact on the photos...but i agree to, the historical landmark here is so rich to photograph, and the history...=)

one day, you will be here=)(with L and the boys)
